Content: "A Society was formed in New Haven, on the 4th of June last, of great respectability, and influence, called the New Haven Anti-Slavery Society. The Constitution recognizes the same principles as those held by the NEASS. Officers elected: Eli Iver, Pres., Timothy Dwight, lst Vice Pres., Nathan Jocelyn, 2nd Vice Pres., Robert Hall, Secretary, Amos Townsend, Treasurer." (Liberator, August 31, 1833)
