Content: Notice written to the editor of the Liberator, October 12, 1893. Early in summer, a number of ladies from the Female Anti-Slavery Societies in Georgetown, West Bradford, and Haverhill held a meeting, voted to form themselves into Ladies ASS Conference, to meet quarterly in towns included within its bound. Voted to invite ladies in the towns of Andover, West Boxford, West Newbury,Byfield, Rowley, and East Bradford to unite with us in the Conference, and I am happy to state that the invitation met with a welcome reception. On the 17th the Conference met in Georgetown.
