Mr. Garrison, The exciting topic of slavery has lately been discussed in the Lyceum connected with the Academy, with considerable interest. The friends of free principles met, and formed an Anti-Slavery Society, adopting the Constitution,… I transmit to you a copy for publication.
This Society shall be called the Rockingham Anti-Slavery Society.
